Profile

Lori A. Blodorn, Owner, has been practicing law since 1997. Lori began her practice at a large Boston law firm specializing in high level corporate representation, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, securities, and representation of public and private companies at all stages of development. Lori moved to Colorado with her family in 2002, and started her own practice in Westminster in 2004, specializing in business law and estate planning. Lori now enjoys working with family-owned and other small business clients, as well as her individual and family estate planning clients.

Education

Lori holds a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Rochester, 1994, and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, 1997.

Bar Admissions

Lori is admitted to practice law in Colorado (2003) and Massachusetts (1997), as well as the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.

Memberships

Lori is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the 1st Judicial District Bar Association, the Colorado Women's Bar Association, the National Association of Women Business Owners, and the Metro North Chamber of Commerce. Lori is a member and incoming Secretary of the Solo/Small Firm Section of the Colorado Bar Association, as well as a member of the Elder Law, Business Law and Estate Planning/Probate sections of the Colorado Bar Association.

Personally, Lori is married and has two wonderful children who were born here in Colorado. Lori and her family love living in Colorado. When Lori is not helping her clients navigate complex legal issues, she enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, yoga and spending time with her family.
